Kate Morrissey has 10 years experience in planning and resource management. Kate’s experience covers a range of planning work both in New Zealand and the United Kingdom including: resource consent lodgement and assessment, assessment of notice of requirements, outline plan of works, hearings, policy formulation and public consultation projects.
In addition to planning work under the Resource Management Act, Kate has recent experience working in Parks Planning within local government. This included the preparation of reserve management plans and working with developers on behalf of Council to achieve the creation and acquisition of new public reserves.
When Kate isn’t working she can be found jogging around a park, sipping a hot chocolate, Learning to play tennis and relaxing on a couch.
