After a decade as a planning professional, Shenan is comfortable with any challenge presented across her desk. She values working closely with others on projects whether simple or complex and is motivated to help create better places to live and enjoy for generations to come.
Shenan aims to accomplish the interests of her clients while achieving positive outcomes for the environment and te ao Māori. Her expertise is informed by her previous roles in local government, the Department of Conservation and multidisciplinary consultancies, whilst also gaining experience overseas.
Shenan is a subject specialist when it comes to urban development and subdivision, civil engineering projects, earthworks management, coastal hazards, ecological and cultural issues, outstanding natural features and sensitive landscapes. She has assisted with plan development and appeals processes, plan changes, fast track consenting, and objection processes.
Shenan works part-time for Campbell Brown as she balances raising a young family and continuing her career. She enjoys being outdoors and exploring with her beloved dog.
