Fiona Meldrum has over six years experience in planning and resource management within a New Zealand local government context.
This experience involves the lodgement, processing and project management of a broad range of resource consent planning applications; reporting planner within a hearings forum; provision of pre-application advice, customer support and guidance on a wide range of resource consent applications.
Fiona’s planning experience in relation to the processing of resource consent applications involved development proposals for high density urban environments, rural-residential, heritage developments and a wide range of commercial projects.
Fiona has also held positions within both local government and the private sector within the United Kingdom, managing a high value land acquisition portfolio for a heavy duty London rail service and later as a planning officer for a local government body processing planning applications.
When Fiona isn’t working she enjoys playing social netball/touch and heading up north to her family home in the Bay of Islands.
