We obtained non-notified resource consent for a two-storey building for a childcare centre (designed by Ashton Mitchell) accommodating up to 105 children and 24 staff.

The proposal involved a childcare activity in a residential zone, earthworks, infrastructure installation, stormwater management, carparking and signage. The proposal infringed the residential noise standards.
