Northcote College, 1 Kauri Glen Road, Northcote

Northcote College officially opened a major new 3-4 storey technology and learning block named Te Toka Tū Moana in late January 2026, marking the first phase of a major campus redevelopment.

We obtained an Outline Plan of Works and non-notified resource consents for the comprehensive redevelopment of Northcote College.

This stunning new block was designed by Ignite Architects, and it is now providing well need teaching spaces the community.

It’s the first phase of a wider school transformation, as they update and expand the College to meet a growing roll and future needs.
