Kaipara College, Helensville, Auckland

The school site is covered by the Ministry of Education designation number 4567 for education purposes.

We obtained an OPW and non-notified resource consent for the Ministry of Education for a proposal to construct three new buildings including Whare Ako “Te Rito” and associated onsite carparking at Kaipara College.

The buildings were designed by Ignite Architects and built by Woodview construction. Rubix was the project manager.
