Kathryn has over 15 years of Planning experience in the private sector. She has extensive experience working on land development projects of various scales and complexity, including residential and commercial land use, heritage projects and subdivision. Kathryn has also prepared submissions on plan changes and district plan reviews and provides due diligence advice to a range of clients.
Kathryn takes a pragmatic approach and effectively navigates complex planning processes to achieve positive outcomes. Kathryn enjoys working closely with clients to achieve the best outcomes for both them and the environment.
Outside of work, Kathryn enjoys going on adventures with her young family and spending time with friends and family. When she gets time to relax, she loves getting lost in a good book.
