
Zoe is an Intermediate Planner and an Intermediate Member of the New Zealand Planning Institute, with experience preparing and managing resource consent applications across a wide range of development scales. She has a strong interest in translating complex planning frameworks into clear, workable strategies that support both development potential and quality urban outcomes under both the AUP(OP) and across the motu.
Zoe enjoys working at the intersection of development feasibility, amenity and environmental considerations. She enjoys working closely with clients and project teams to shape clear, practical planning strategies that support good decision-making throughout the life of a project.
Outside the office, Zoe enjoys bouldering, cooking her way through new recipes, and making the most of Auckland’s beaches.
